How this study works
Each week we read one part of Matthew 6 and stay with it. Most days take ten to fifteen minutes.
- Day 1: a short teaching video
- Day 2: the passage, read slowly
- Day 3: a practice for the week
- Day 4: a reflection sheet, and a short check-in
Keep a notebook beside your Bible. The questions are there to help you notice, not to test you.
